- 24h+ before departure: ~10% of fare.
- 4–24h before: ~20%.
- Under 4h or after departure: no refund.
- Tet and promotional fares have stricter rules.

dsvn.vn → Refund → booking code + email → confirm. Money returns to the original payment method in 5–15 working days.
Changing a ticket
There is no direct change: refund the old ticket, then buy a new one. Check availability first.
